We are Currently Seeking:


Sales Executives

We are expanding our sales force and seek energetic self-starters to join our team of motivated professionals as Sales Executives.

The position has responsibility for the full sales cycle - from prospecting through closing the deal. Developing leads, cold calling, correspondence campaigns, exhibiting at trade shows, conducting software demonstrations, follow-up and closure are all expected activities. This position requires significant travel.

We seek dynamic individuals with excellent oral communication skills. We also seek individuals with established contacts in our market. The ability to interact successfully with all levels of staff in the healthcare environment - from the Director of Nursing to the billing clerk to the CFO to the IS Director - is essential. Healthcare and software sales experience are a must!!! You must be able to speak to the potential customers in their language. Knowledge, professionalism, energy and determination are the keys to success in this position.

The candidates may possibly work out of their home offices, depending on the territory allocated.


Customer Support Representatives

We are expanding our professional customer support staff and looking to hire Customer Support Representatives (clinical and/or financial), to work out of our headquarters in Rochelle Park, NJ.

This position will work directly with clients in a variety of settings: providing training to clients both at their facilities and via telephone; researching and resolving client issues; participating in implementation activities and planning; providing guidance to clients on system set-up and definitions; working on data conversions; and project management. This position may also involve testing application software and writing process documentation and user guides for the software.

We seek the rare individuals who are both analytical and people-oriented. The successful applicant must be able to manage multiple, competing priorities. Significant healthcare experience, preferably in long-term care, is required! The ideal candidate should have experience working in a long-term care setting. Experience in training end-users on application software is highly desirable. These individuals must possess strong organizational, analytical, critical reasoning and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills are also required. Communication with all levels of staff within client organizations would be part of the daily responsibilities.


Implementation Project Manager

We are looking to hire an Implementation Project Manager, to work out of our headquarters in Rochelle Park, NJ. The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Leadership and management skills, experience in managing software implementation projects, capabilities of motivating clients and peers, analysis and problem-solving skills, execution skills and the right drive to meet tight deadlines without compromising on the quality of the delivery.
  • Experience in project management, onsite and telephone training, software implementations, conversions, testing (QA), set-ups and documentation.
  • Great communication skills with clients at all levels and with the Company's staff, tenacity to solve clients' problems quickly and to provide them with excellent service.
  • Good technological, software and information systems knowledge in order to effectively communicate with clients and the software development staff on cross-departmental issues.
  • Familiarity with healthcare is a must, with long-term healthcare - a big advantage.
  • A total of at least 6 years of relevant experience, of which at least 3 years in relevant project management roles in healthcare-related applications.

Systems Analyst / Designer

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst / Designer to join our team. The person in this position will have responsibility for translating client and market needs into technology solutions. This will involve new applications as well as enhancements to existing products. We seek an individual with a strong desire to produce a quality product and who derives great personal satisfaction from their work.

We are looking for an individual who can provide leadership in a fast-paced, commercial product and solutions development environment. This position requires great attention to detail as well as the ability to lead the design and delivery process.

Responsibilities include: Ensuring delivery of a solution within established timeframes communicated to clients as well as ensuring product quality and conformance to client needs. Working with customer support, customers and others to address product usability, reliability, performance and functionality issues. This position has responsibility for preparing design documents and detailed specifications for programming, work estimates (and providing post-project analysis), scheduling programmers and assist them with design and functionality questions and communicating application functionality and design information to implementation staff.

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of healthcare (long-term care is desirable) and, preferably, the M (MUMPS) development environment. The individual must possess strong organizational, analytical, critical reasoning and problem-solving skills; excellent written and oral communication skills.

Technical skills include understanding of system architectures, databases, data models, system integration and full system life cycle development process.

Applicants should have 8 years of professional experience, of which at least 4 years are in programming (preferably in M) and at least 2 years in design/analysis and project management, preferably in a healthcare setting.


Programmers

We are seeking Programmers to join our software development team.

1) .NET & SQL Programmers - the ideal candidate should possess:

  • Solid knowledge of .NET, SQL and interactive applications.

  • Experience in analysis and design with minimal supervision.

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, critical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

 

2) MUMPS Programmers - the ideal candidate should possess:

  • Solid knowledge of MUMPS, integrated systems, databases and data organization.
  • Familiarity with healthcare / long-term healthcare - a big advantage.
  • A total of at least 3 years of relevant experience in MUMPS.
